Health Bridge Consumer Services offers two primary areas of expertise: patient adherence and patient assistance. These are key follow up opportunities where professional training is required. Health Bridge works directly with the vendor to customize unique solutions to their challenges, resulting in better patient care and brand loyalty.

Patient Adherence

Health Bridge can follow up with patients at critical junctures in therapy where patients may need reassurance or therapy support (ie. managing side-effects, product information, access to insurance, efficacy expectations etc.).

Patient Assistance

Access (NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH TOOL) Health Bridge can provide full eligibility screening with patient assistance programs. We can also maintain patient information (patient province and type of insurance) so that if access changes, previously screened patients can be followed up to assist them in obtaining drug coverage.
